West, Green and Associates Real Estate Brokers was formed by two veterans of the real estate industry who have pretty much seen it all. Jaime Tineo and Beatriz Alvarez started there real estate careers at an independent local real estate company and left shortly after on their own paths to work with the national real estate chain RE/MAX and to start her own company respectively. After reasonable success on their own they decided to join forces and form West-Green+Associates Real Estate Brokers to combine their experience and knowledge of the Westchester real estate market to better serve the community. Individually they noticed positives and negatives of working with both a small independent office as well as working for a national franchise. They enjoyed the national recognition of the franchise but felt trapped by their rules and regulations. Conversely, the appeal of the independent shop was its flexibility, unfortunately they felt limited with the direction and lack of creativity and resources available. Hence the formation of West, Green & Associates Real Estate Brokers.

West, Green & Associates is the culmination of all that is good and none of what’s bad in the real estate business. Everyone at WGA is a broker or associate broker. This means that they only hire motivated and enthusiastic veterans who are driven by customer service and are committed to do right by their clients. The West-Green+Associates team is only limited by imagination. Its agents are free to do whatever creatively to get the job done.
